ErudiFi: Breaking Stigmas – The Walang Hiyang Estudyante Awards

The working students, the student parents, the transferees, and other “irregular” students who tend to take longer to finish their degrees are often stigmatised. These students exist in every college and university. Through the Walang Hiyang Estudyante Awards, Bukas wants society to celebrate them and overcome the stigmas and stereotypes. 

Bukas will advocate the message of “breaking stigmas” at every available opportunity. For instance, this was our main sharing at the career fair organised by the Technological Institute of the Philippines.
